Starting therapy, whether it is your first time or a change of therapist, can feel like a big step and it’s completely normal to feel unsure, nervous, or even overwhelmed. Whether you know exactly what you want to talk about or you’re not sure where to begin, you're welcome here, just as you are.

As an integrative therapist, I work in a way that’s flexible and tailored to you. I work online via Zoom or I can offer ‘walk & talk’ therapy in a London park of your choice.

You set the pace and I will be guided by you to bring whatever it is you feel you need support with. I pledge to be open, trustworthy and non-judgemental.
